The African American Youth Leadership Conference (AAYLC) is dedicated to educating, empowering, and enlightening, youth to become critical thinkers, responsible citizens, and embrace the traditions, histories, and cultures of their communities. 

Over our 24 year history, the AAYLC Members has inspired and challenged our Student Attendees to: “Build Respect and Responsibility for Future Rewards 

The conference is an inclusive community-level educational event and is open to all Students from grades 6 - 12.  "ARE YOU INSPIRED? "
